PROJECT: PLAYTIME throws you directly into the messy, dangerous world of the Playtime Co. factory. It functions as a survival horror prequel where a team of six Resource Extraction Specialists tries to outsmart a single player-controlled beast. This co-op experience expands on the lore of the original Poppy Playtime, giving fans a look at events before the main game. Matches are intense 6v1 struggles built on Unreal Engine 4 that force you to cooperate under serious pressure. A deadly game of hide-and-seek
Each side in this asymmetric multiplayer game will be attempting to achieve very different objectives while engaging in battle. The Survivors are trying to escape and must run around the map in search of Puzzle Pillars, completing the puzzles there to gather toy parts. Players must communicate effectively and be constantly aware of their surroundings in order to coordinate with others and avoid being caught by the Killer.
On the other side, the seventh player steps in as the Monster with the sole aim of wiping out the extraction team. You can be a sneaky scout who stays out of sight or support your teammates by assisting them in acquiring Puzzle Parts. This allows players to create a role beyond just being bait for the Killer!
Dress for the job
