The game’s progression is heavily based on the Weapon Mastery System where players will complete objectives using their favorite weapons, to achieve new potential upgrades or appearances with that weapon. Players are not able to use time/money to outlast anyone else when it comes to combat power since Weapon Mastery itself is what makes a character stronger.

Fightland’s story setting humorously and logically explains the unique mix of characters in the game. According to the story, mysterious cosmic entities created Fightland as the ultimate fighting arena. They kidnapped great, powerful warriors from all over space and time to force them to participate in an eternal championship tournament. Because of this, you can see characters from completely different backgrounds fighting together: from ancient Roman swordsmen, mysterious ninjas, Western cowboys to all kinds of sci-fi superheroes.
Although all characters are grouped into three basic classes (Brute, Rogue, Mage), each costume or appearance brings a unique feel and effect, adding to the fun and personalization for players. Importantly, this diversity is also applied to the maps and game modes, thereby creating a never-ending combat environment.
Graphics and sound
Visually, Fightland chooses a bright and eye-catching 3D cartoon graphic style, very accessible.
